How did you become an Intuitive Hypnotherapist?
How are you different from other “mindset coaches”?
Although I consider myself a mindset coach and expert, I am first and foremost a hypnotherapist. I have extensive clinical training to help you actually create new neuro-pathways and thought connections that facilitate positive, lasting change in all areas of your life. While we we will talk about things & create plans for you to get where you’re going, my work goes much, much deeper than that… to the source.
My approach combines intuition, behavioral science, and spirituality. My qualifications allow me to incorporate many techniques with my clients, including hypnotherapy, manifestation, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), handwriting analysis, Human Design, tarot/oracle reading, enneagram, epigenetics, Reiki, and more to give you much more in your experience than traditional coaching.
Simply put; working with me, you are deciding how you want to think, what you want to believe, and aligning your mind accordingly to achieve your goals. What you get with me is no-nonsense, undiluted expertise & techniques that get you results (and I throw in a healthy dose of compassion, humor and encouragement, which ALWAYS helps!).
What types of personalities do you work best with, and what is expected of your clients?
Are there any types of people you do NOT work with?
What do your 1:1 programs include? What results can I expect?
How quickly can I expect results? Do people ever re-up?
How can I guarantee myself that I will get my desired outcome from my hypnotherapy program?
Lynnsey, based on everything I’ve read and heard about you, I know you’re the one I want to work with. What are my options for getting started with you?
OK, I know which program I want. How do we get started?
If I'm not sure I'm ready to get started, how can I sample your work at low cost to see if it's the right solution for me?
OK, I'm ready to do this for myself, but I have a couple of additional questions. Can we talk?
What is Hypnosis & how does it work?
Will I lose control of my mind or body?
NO! You still have free will in hypnosis. You cannot say or do anything that is against your morals or core beliefs. You cannot be hypnotized against your will. Therapeutic hypnosis is used to improve your health and well-being, and is different from stage hypnosis which is used for entertainment purposes only. Hypnosis is not a control state, it is a complacent, fully relaxed state for the mind and body to examine and shift it's behavior and perspective in life.
What does hypnosis feel like?
Can everyone be hypnotized?
Will I remember past trauma?
Will I be asleep during hypnosis?
How many sessions will it take to get my desired results?
